Subscribe, update billing, or cancel

Your current plan is shown in the badge next to the ImpairMaster logo. Everything billing-related lives on the Subscription & Billing page.

Open the billing page

Click your name in the top-right corner, then choose Subscription. You can also get there from Account Settings with Open Subscription.

Subscribe or change plan

1. Click Upgrade Your Plan (or Change Plan if you already subscribe).
2. Choose Monthly or Annual. Both include unlimited reports, downloadable formatted reports, and Compact and Expanded reports.
3. Click Subscribe and complete checkout. You return to ImpairMaster when payment is done.

Update payment method or download invoices

Click Manage Billing to open the secure billing portal, where you can change your card and view invoices.

Cancel

1. Click Cancel Subscription.
2. Confirm with Yes, Cancel.

You keep full access until the end of the current billing period. Your saved exams are kept; you will need an active subscription to view their full reports again.
